Job Description

About the role
To support the rental department with administrative and coordination tasks related to rental equipment, contracts, and customer documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing and filing rental agreements.
  • Capture rental information on internal systems.
  • Track equipment movement and availability (admin support only).
  • Assist with invoicing documentation and record-keeping.
  • Liaise with internal teams regarding rental documentation.
  • General office and administrative support.

Minimum Requirements

  • South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
  • Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
  • Matric.
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, email).
  • Good communication skills.

Advantageous

  • Exposure to rental, logistics, or customer service environments.
  • Administrative qualification or experience.

Key Competencies

  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Organised and reliable.
  • Ability to work under supervision.
  • Willingness to learn about rental operations.
