The Retail Property Manager will be based at our client`s offices in Johannesburg North but will be required to travel to Zambia once a month. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Portfolio management
- Negotiate and renew lease agreements with tenants
- Risk management
- Compliance and legal management
Minimum
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience in retail property management space
- Is able and open to travelling to Zambia once a month
