• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within the gear and mechanical components industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

• BEng / BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in gear sales or related mechanical components.
• Strong technical knowledge of gears and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
