About the Role

Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Gauteng. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for selling security and access control solutions to clients across the region. With a strong background in sales and security industry training or certifications, we are looking for someone who can drive revenue growth and build long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Present and demonstrate security solutions to clients
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the security industry

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in B2B or B2C security sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling integrated security solutions is highly advantageous
  • PSIRA registration (advantage, depending on company requirements)

Qualifications

  • Security industry training or certifications
