Job Summary
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Identify new market opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
- Revenue Assurance Management and work with sales team effectively.
- Track and analyse revenue streams to identify discrepancies or losses.
- Monitor billing systems and processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform regular audits of financial and operational data.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in revenue-related processes.
- Recommend and implement improvements to reduce revenue leakage.
- Collaborate with IT and operations to enhance system controls.
Data Reconciliation, Risk management and Reporting
- Reconcile data between various systems (e.g., CRM, billing, finance).
- Ensure alignment between customer usage, billing, and payments
- Assess risks related to revenue loss and fraud.
- Develop controls and mitigation strategies to protect revenue.
- Analyse customer affordability.
- Generate reports on revenue performance, leakage, and recovery.
- Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Compliance, Governance and Collaboration
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal revenue policies.
- Support audits and compliance reviews.
- Work with finance, sales, IT, and operations to ensure end-to-end revenue integrity.
- Support product launches and pricing changes with revenue impact assessments.
Leadership, Team building and Reporting
- Guiding and supporting team members to achieve business goals while fostering a positive work environment.
- Delegate tasks, offer guidance and foster collaboration among team members.
- Facilitate performance evaluations, including setting objectives and providing feedback.
- Clear and transparent communication, ensuring that expectations, goals and updates are communicated effectively.
- Prepare reports on opportunity insights and support management in business growth.
- Manage communication from and to team members to ensure that there is open communication and key messages are effectively provided via the necessary channels.
