Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the paint industry.
- Promote and sell paint products, coatings, and related supplies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and customer visits.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical advice to clients as needed.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to support product launches and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years experience in sales, preferably in the paint, coatings, or related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of paints, coatings, and application techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C sales strategies.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and support to clients.
- Strong customer service orientation.
