About the Role
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting sales operations, managing client relationships, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring accurate administration throughout the sales and relocation process. This role requires a detail-oriented, deadline-driven individual with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients and manage Client Relationship Management (CRM) activities
- Handle sales enquiries and leads on the CRM system
- Explain services, pricing, and additional options (insurance, storage, packing)
- Conduct household goods surveys where required
- Prepare costings and quotations and follow up on submitted quotes
- Compile monthly sales and follow-up reports
- Open files for secured moves and maintain accurate client records
- Handle tender requests
- Perform general administrative duties, including emails, calls, and correspondence
- Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Claims handling: submission and tracking of insurance claims, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
- Conduct marketing cold calls and field sales activities, with monthly reporting to Head Office
- Manage and maintain various Excel databases, including bordereaux and claims trackers
Requirements
- Grade 12 with Mathematics
- Valid driver’s licence (minimum Code 8)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Geographical background and understanding of international relocations will be advantageous
- Computer literacy (Google web-based applications, Excel, and Word)
- Deadline-driven with the ability to assess and streamline processes accurately
Qualifications
- Grade 12 Mathematics certification
- Valid driver’s licence (Code 8)
