Germiston: BOOKKEEPER (WADEVILLE)

Minimum requirements: Minimum grade 12 or NQF 4 qualification Accounting qualification will be advantageous 2 – 3 years proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in Pastel Partner or Xero Advanced Excel skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Key Responsibilities Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare and submit VAT201 and EMP201 returns Assist in payroll processing and administration Generate monthly management accounts Support audits and liaise with external auditors when required Maintain organised and up-to-date financial documentation Consultant: Joelene Koekemoer – Dante Personnel Johannesburg
