About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Digital Content Coordinator in Germiston, where you’ll have the opportunity to create engaging digital content that drives online sales and supports product launches. With a strong focus on brand consistency across all digital and printed materials, we’re looking for someone who can manage multiple projects, work with internal teams, and coordinate with external designers and photographers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop content to support online sales, product launches, and enquiries
- Maintain and update website content (product pages, images, specifications, downloads)
- Ensure content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand positioning
- Design and manage brochures, catalogues, spec sheets, and sales collateral
- Assist with creation of visual content for campaigns, promotions, and new products
Requirements
- Matric
- 2-3 years experience in similar role
- Experience creating and managing digital content for products or brands
- Strong visual and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Creative software
- Comfortable working with websites
- Basic video editing and photography skills
- Experience in online retail
- Content-driven design
- Experience supporting B2C sales through digital channels
