About the Role

The Stock Controller & Admin is a key role in our hospitality establishment, responsible for ensuring accurate stock management, control, and compliance across the lodge and restaurant. As a Stock Controller & Admin, you will be part of a dynamic team that requires strict stock discipline, strong Excel capabilities, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for all stock across the restaurant, bar, kitchen, housekeeping, and operational supplies
• Ensure accurate receiving, issuing, transfers, and recording of stock
• Maintain real-time accurate stock records
• Prevent stock loss, theft, wastage, and misuse
• Enforce FIFO principles and correct storage procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Stock Controller in hospitality, restaurant, or lodge environments
• 3+ years’ experience in stock control
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Experience using POS, Lightspeed, HOPS, or similar inventory systems
• Excellent numerical skills and high attention to detail
• Firm, assertive personality with the ability to enforce controls
