The Bagage Handler purpose is to ensure efficient, safe, and timely handeling of guest Bagage during arrival, and transit. Includes the loading and offloading , of baggage, secure storage of items baggage logistics in line with the aviation entities standards and Saftey protocols. The role plays a vital part in delivering a seamless guest experience by ensuring baggage is managed with care care, accuracy and professionalism and compliance.
Qualifications/Knowledge & Experience
- Matric/ Grade 12
- Understanding guest experience and guest journey and the importance of there baggage
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel , Outlook)
Preferred / advantage
Previous experience in aviation advantage in baggage handling
Experience working in a high-pressure operational & service environment
