About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently recruiting for a luxury lodge based in Hoedspruit, seeking a professional Receptionist with strong hospitality experience and a passion for exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcoming guests and ensuring a professional first impression
• Managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries
• Handling reservations and administrative duties
• Liaising with various lodge departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintaining accurate records and systems
• Upholding the lodge’s service standards at all times
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality, preferably within a luxury lodge or high-end hotel
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage challenging situations professionally
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of lodge and front office operations
Proficiency in computer systems and property management systems
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and public holidays
High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
