Videographer / Digital Content Producer & Visual Storyteller Hoedspruit, Limpopo | ️ Remote Bush Camp Cycle Competitive Salary (Negotiable DOE) | Live-In / Field-Based Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a creative, organised, and digitally savvy Videographer to join a dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who can capture the magic of the bush, tell authentic conservation stories, and turn real moments into compelling visual content that engages audiences across digital platforms ✨ As a key member of the team, you will plan, film, and edit high-quality video and photography content that reflects professional standards, inspires audiences, and showcases the beauty and adventure of wilderness experiences Key Responsibilities: • Conceptualise and brainstorm creative video ideas aligned with marketing objectives • Plan, film, and edit video content for websites, social media, and digital campaigns • Develop and present creative concepts and storyboards • Execute full post-production workflows: footage review, rough cuts, sound mixing, colour correction, motion graphics, final edits (Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects) • Create multiple content outputs from a single shoot (reels, shorts, clips, stories) • Capture both video and still photography, including editing and post-processing images • Film on location in remote bush environments and at field-based camps • Record and edit voice-overs where required • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and internal stakeholders to ensure brand alignment • Adapt content style to suit different platforms, audiences, and brand needs • Manage project archiving, file organisation, and secure backups • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and platforms • Assist in recruiting and managing a media intern for short-term projects when required • Support setup and maintenance of production workflows for recording lectures and e-learning content Skills & Attributes: • Strong visual storytelling and creative, solutions-focused mindset • Excellent photography and videography skills, including camera proficiency • High computer literacy and technical competence • Experience with sound recording and mixing • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills ️ • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects • Physically fit and able to work long hours in remote environments • Comfortable creating live content, stories, and real-time social media material • Willingness to live and work in remote locations on a four-week operational cycle ️ Experience & Qualifications: • Degree or Diploma in Film, Video, Media, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • Social media and digital content creation experience • Based in Hoedspruit or willing to relocate Offered Package: • Market-related salary based on experience and skills • Start Date: 1 February or sooner • Live-in or field-based placement This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional to produce high-quality digital content, tell authentic conservation stories, and make a tangible impact in a wilderness-based environment To apply, please send your CV today!
