Job Summary
Health & Safety Administrator
Reporting to: H&S Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting in ensuring H&SMS tasks and admin work are up to date.
- Providing administrative support and managing safety documentation.
- Assisting with HSE reports, incident reporting, and waste figures.
- Organizing HSE surveys, competitions, and employee campaigns.
- Conducting in-house training, inductions, and maintaining stock levels of H&S supplies.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Degree or diploma in administration or related field.
- Knowledge of OHS Act, ISO45001, and HIRA is advantageous.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Experience in FMCG environment is advantageous.
Skills Required:
HSE document control, All HSE meeting minutes and action plans, Risk assessments, Organograms, Drafting Toolbox talks, Admin support to H&S Manager
