About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Humansdorp. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for selling parts and handling invoicing to ensure seamless operations within the workshop. With at least 2 years of experience in parts sales and knowledge of agricultural machinery being a bonus, we are looking for someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and ready to lead a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Selling parts and handling invoicing like a boss
- Ordering stock, checking deliveries, and keeping everything accurate
- Spotting ways to improve efficiency and increase profits
- Liaising with suppliers and workshop clients
- Managing your team, setting goals, and tracking performance
- Handling client queries or complaints professionally
- Keeping the parts room neat, tidy, and safe
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in parts sales
- Knowledge of agricultural machinery is a bonus
- Supply chain / procurement know-how
- Drivers license and your own vehicle
- Good with Microsoft Office
