Responsibilities: Solution Design and Implementation – Research, plan and document deliverables to support business and department objectives. Manage the project life-cycle, ensuring that deliverables are met within scope. Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure the smooth adoption of new solutions. AI integration and automation. Existing Solutions Enhancement – Analyse current systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancements. Oversee the implementation of upgrades or system modifications, ensuring alignment with business needs. Strategy and Digital Transformation – Analyse existing business processes and end-user experiences to identify areas for efficiency improvement. Data and Business Process Optimisation – Map and analyse database structures and data sets, providing recommendations on how to leverage business data effectively. Education: 10 – 12 years’ experience in system development and business analysis Preference – Exposure to FMCG or a related field Degree in IT, Business, Mathematics / BSc Working knowledge of relational databases and the ability to create, manage or gain insights into relational datasets Experience in project management (Agile, Scrum, and Kanban) Experience in technologies such as HTML5, Blazor, C#, .NET and SQL Apply now
