About the Role

Join a growing group structure with multiple entities where finance and operations work closely together. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role is responsible for the end-to-end accounting function across the group, while also ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The environment is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and hands-on, ideal for someone comfortable managing volume, prioritising workload, and taking ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full accounting function across multiple group entities
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, journals, accruals, and reconciliations
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Assist with year-end processes, audits, and statutory reporting
  • Ensure strong financial controls and compliance across the group
  • Manage office administration and operational coordination
  • Act as the central point of contact for suppliers, service providers, and internal teams

Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
  • Proven experience handling high-volume transactional environments
  • Exposure to multi-entity structures and intercompany transactions

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
