Job Description: Administrative Assistant We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our business. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Handle general office administration, including filing, emails, and document management Manage schedules, appointments, and diary calendars Prepare invoices, quotations, and follow up on payments Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and staff Coordinate office supplies, deliveries, and general office needs Support management with additional administrative tasks as required Requirements: Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work independently and be proactive Previous administrative experience is an advantage Personal Attributes: Reliable and professional Strong attention to detail Friendly and team-oriented Problem-solver with a positive attitude
