Johannesburg: Chief Financial Officer (SA and Namibia)

Key Responsibilities: Drive the financial strategy and guide executive leadership on performance, risks, and growth opportunities Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across both regions Oversee financial reporting, consolidations, governance, compliance, and audit alignment Manage cash, working capital, treasury and risk mitigation to keep the business financially fit Partner with operations and commercial teams to strengthen margins, optimise costs and support major projects Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team while supporting Group-level initiatives Job Experience and Skills Required: Registered CA(SA) non-negotiable Courier / Freight / Logistics industry experience required Minimum 10 years experience leading a finance department, with at least 5 years in senior team management Strong commercial and financial acumen with deep taxation and compliance expertise (SA and neighbouring countries) Solid understanding of imports, exports, customs duties & cross-border operations Proven experience implementing financial systems Ability to influence, communicate and negotiate at senior executive level Advanced MS Excel proficiency If youre ready to shift gears into a CFO role with impact, pace and continental reach, this is your next strategic destination!
