Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Combilift Operator to join our team in Johannesburg. As a mid-career professional with 2-4 years of experience, you will be responsible for operating a Combilift safely and efficiently to move long, bulky, or heavy materials within the warehouse or yard.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a Combilift to transport long and heavy loads safely (steel, timber, pallets, etc.)
Load and offload vehicles following safety procedures
Stack, store, and retrieve materials accurately
Conduct daily pre-operation inspections
Assist with general warehouse duties
Maintain stock movement and assist with counts
Report mechanical issues, damages, or hazards promptly

Requirements

Valid Combilift / Multi-Directional Forklift Operator Certificate
2-4 years’ experience operating a Combilift
Matric (Grade 12) preferred
Proven experience handling long and bulky materials
Good understanding of warehouse safety standards
Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse / yard environment

Qualifications

Completed Matric (Grade 12)
