Job Summary
As our Content Editor, youll become the voice behind the brand, shaping how we communicate across platforms and helping us tell better stories. Youll craft and curatecontent that reflects our tone: intelligent, insightful, and never afraid to challenge the status quo.
Youll work closely with our strategy, studio, and insight teams to edit, produce and proof:
- Website content and blog articles
- Our monthly newsletter and providing guidance with client newsletters
- Our flagship The Voice of the Agent report
- Repurposing content in podcasts and videos into blogs and audio
- Scripts and summaries for videos and interviews with industry leaders
- Additional thought leadership, social media, and digital campaigns
- This is an ideal role for someone who loves language, has a nose for a good story, and is as comfortable behind a keyboard as behind a camera.
Requirements
- Strong command of British English and editorial judgement
- Excellent writing, research, and fact-checking skills
- Interest or experience in video production (filming + editing)
- Confidence or willingness to learn AI content creation and editing tools
- Ability to balance clarity, creativity, and commercial goals
- Bonus: knowledge of marketing, property, sustainability, and familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Grammarly, Descript, Canva, etc.
- A portfolio of writing or content is a plus
- Recent graduate with a degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or similar
