Employer Description This company specializes in manufacturing and supplying Hydraulic Equipment Job Description Your responsibilities will be the following: Developing and implementing business strategy in conjunction with management Maintain and grow existing customers On-board and develop new customers in consultation with the National Project Sales Manager Provide technical and service support to customers Provide technical support to regional sales representatives Grow sales from customers assigned to you while maintaining ethical standards in accordance with company policies and ethics. Increase project quote intake and hit rate Manage customer accounts Assist engineering and design office with designs and systems layout Grow sales to achieve or exceed monthly/annual targets Visit new and existing customers with the aim of growing / sustain the business. Sales forecasting Attend training courses. Qualifications Matric BEng, BSc, BTech Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering Skills Preferable 5 – 10 years experience within engineering and/or customer services environment Preferable good working knowledge of Fluid Power and/or mining equipment Drivers License English and Afrikaans spoken fluently and written Microsoft Office Benefits Pension, Medical aid Discretionary bonuses
