Johannesburg: Financial Manager (CFO’s 2IC)

My client is seeking a Financial Manager to act as the second-in-command to the CFO. Duties: Assist the CFO with financial planning, reporting, and strategy. Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Drive process improvements and implement best practices across finance functions. Support management with financial insights for operational and strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Education and Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification. At least 7 years of experience in financial management, in the manufacturing industry. Strong technical skills in accounting, reporting, and financial analysis.
