Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain robust financial models for mining operations, capital projects, and feasibility studies Provide scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to support commercial and investment decisions Work closely with technical, commercial, and finance teams to ensure that models are aligned with operational realities Present model outputs and insights to senior stakeholders and support strategic recommendations Continuously update models based on operational inputs, market dynamics, and business priorities Ensure that financial models are accurate, compliant, and meet industry best practices Candidate
Requirements:
Bachelor`s Degree in Maths, Stats or Finance Proven experience in financial modelling, preferably in the mining, energy, or infrastructure sectors Strong Excel modelling skills and proficiency in building dynamic, multi-variable models from scratch Ability to interpret technical data and translate it into financial and business implications Solid understanding of valuation, project finance, and investment analysis principles Excellent communication and presentation skills
