A group managing boutique style hotels and exclusive game lodges seeks an experienced and strategic Group Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across multiple entities. Essential requirements:- Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or Business (Masters/MBA advantageous). Minimum 8+ years in multi-property hospitality finance or group finance roles, including consolidation and audit coordination. Strong command of IFRS/GAAP, tax compliance, and hospitality KPI frameworks. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. Hands-on experience with PMS, POS, and ERP integrations. Strong stakeholder management and ability to deal with GMs, Owners, Revenue and Operations teams Detail orientation with speed and accuracy under seasonal pressure. Strong financial modelling and forecasting capabilities. Strategic thinking and business acumen An UPDATED & detailed CV in MS Word format (starting with current position) is required, as well as a Recent head & shoulders photo, taken in the last 6 months.
