Job Description

Assist the HR Manager with all HR administration duties pertaining to 70 staff: Assist with recruitment and selection Posting job adverts Review CV’s Coordinate online interviews Liaise with Line Managers Assist with Background checks Assist with Hiring and Onboarding Maintain personnel files Exit – resignations and dismissals Manage staff hours Co -ordinate training Assist with Performance management / disciplinary procedure Assist with CCMA matters Assist with Probation hearings Newsletters Assist with payroll information required from Payroll Team Attend Manager meetings Mystery shopping Arrange Managers seminars Medical aid administration Assist with the updating of policies and procedures and company manuals Memos Manage Leave days Dealing with complaints from Sales Consultants Gifts / anniversaries
