Location: Sandton, JHB, Gauteng (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Start-Up Support: Basic salary to get you going + Commission

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Promote and sell a wide range of top-tier funeral cover, life risk, and investment products
- Build strong relationships by conducting thorough needs analysis and offering tailored financial solutions
- Provide ongoing service and support to grow and retain your client base
Compliance & Process Excellence
- Adhere to FAIS and FSCA regulatory requirements
- Use our proprietary tech platform for client onboarding, tracking, and compliance
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records and documentation
? What Were Looking For
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in sales, ideally within financial services
- NQF Level 5 qualification (required), RE5 (advantageous)
- Clear criminal record and own transport
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven, independent, and hungry to build your own successful practice
