Job Summary

Key responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for OT infrastructure projects and demands. Lead the planning and design of infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with business and operational needs. Develop comprehensive scopes of work, and detailed cost estimates for infrastructure initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT and OT infrastructure. Conduct regular site visits to operational locations to assess infrastructure needs and support project implementation. Provide expert guidance on IT/OT infrastructure best practices, technologies, and standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance infrastructure efficiency, reliability, and security. Qualifications and experience: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years experience in IT/OT infrastructure roles, with a strong focus on project planning and scoping. Proven experience scoping complex infrastructure projects and demands. In-depth knowledge of IT/OT infrastructures, including networking, servers, storage, and security. Familiarity with industrial control systems, SCADA, PLCs, and other OT environments is advantageous. Skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders. Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. Ability to develop high-level solutions and translate technical requirements into actionable plans. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to travel regularly to operational sites. Key attributes: Analytical thinker with a focus on delivering practical solutions. Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and excellence. Adaptability and resilience in dynamic and challenging environments.
