About the Role
Our Client in the Shipping sector is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Internal Coordinator to support and coordinate internal IT activities within their shipping company. This role serves as a critical link between the IT department and internal users, ensuring effective communication, seamless system support, and the coordination of IT services across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in completing daily updates with system developers.
- Distribute update information to internal users.
- Train internal staff on system usage.
- Monitor and ensure compliance in the use of internal systems.
- Coordinate and finalize system settlement processes.
