Automation IT Software Development Business Workflow Process Engineer Vacancy for Financial Industries with B Eng Industrial Degree OR BSc computer Science Degree Permanent Position | Johannesburg | Hybrid working conditions Matric certificate – Must have excellent marks in Math’s (preferably over R80%) If done Algebra it is a benefit Must have either Degrees as a B.Eng Industrial Engineer OR B.Com (Computer Science) OR BSc (Computer science) from University of Pretoria OR Stellenbosch University OR Potchefstroom University OR University of Johannesburg – essential 1- 3 years Working Experience gained as an IT Software Digital software Business workflow processes Engineer Must have Working experience in IT Software implementation and the Financial Services Industry will be a great advantage Facilitate process evaluation workshops and customer journey mapping with stakeholders when implementing new, or when improving existing processes. Must be willing to go to client’s premises if needed Ensuring that any new/updated processes are evaluated from a business perspective and that common business logic is considered in process design. Ensures automated workflow processes are designed and effective integration with the software system(s) system is achieved Responsible for the design and implementation of major and minor workflow processes and components for external clients. Design, test, and deliver workflow-based solutions. Enhancements and defect resolution will be required on an ongoing basis. Provide onsite training and documentation in support of training. Implementation of new solutions, using Client technology. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly in various technical environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual. Operate effectively as a member of the team. Also operates effectively as an individual on site at clients. Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and of high quality. Responsible for the creation, implementation, and maintenance of workflow processes. Effectively creates solution in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format. Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments Monthly Salary: R30 000 – R 45 000 CTC (the Salary is dependent on years of relevant working experience gained regarding this Vacancy only as well as current Salary earned) Please Note: A Pension Fund of between 4% – 11% of your Monthly Salary will be deducted from your Monthly Salary, which is mandatory for all employees, the full amount would be also deducted from your Monthly Salary – this is not negotiable.
