is assisting a high-end Zambian lodge portfolio based in Johannesburg, in sourcing a service-focused and detail-oriented This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless, guest-centric service from first enquiry through to final booking, delivering consistent support to internal lodge teams, trade partners, and direct clients. Working within a structured reservations team, you will manage the end-to-end booking process for several luxury lodges across Zambia, ensuring precision, efficiency, and a warm guest experience throughout. The successful candidate will bring strong administrative ability, excellent written communication, and a solid grasp of safari lodge operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured support role, takes pride in operational excellence, and understands the nuances of luxury travel logistics.
