Job Description
We’re looking for a detailed-orientated professional with strong organizational and time management skills who thrives in coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strategic campaign thinking with relationships and budgets and can produce comprehensive reports and presentation for senior leadership. You should be someone who excels at building relationships across departments, has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, and can adapt quickly to new systems and processed while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
Inherent Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Bachelor’s degree in strategic marketing, communications or a related field
- Professional Development certificate in business communications, digital marketing, or related areas
- 5+ years in marketing and communications with demonstrated career progression from intern to coordinator level
- Campaign Management Excellence – proven track record coordinating ATL, BTL, OOH, digital, TV, radio, and print campaigns
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management – experience coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and executive leadership
- Go-to-Market strategy Execution for product launches and promotional initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Content Expertise
- Multi-Channel Campaign Coordination with consistent brand messaging across platforms.
- Social Media Management with content scheduling and engagement optimization.
- Paid Media Management – Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and social media advertising campaigns
- Email Marketing Excellence – weekly/monthly reporting and stakeholder communication campaigns
- Creative Briefing & Content Development – collaboration with agencies for ads, CTA’s, copy and campaign imagery
Technical & Analytical Profiencies
- Marketing Analytics & Performance Tracking – weekly / monthly KPI reporting and campaign optimization
- System Management experience with CRM platforms, project management tools, and reporting systems
- Content Scheduling Tools proficiency (Hootsuite or equivalent platforms)
- Advanced MS Office Suite – Excel reporting, powerpoint presentations and comprehensive documentation.
- Budget Tracking & Financial Reporting including procurement processes and vendor payments
Project Management & Process Skills
- End-to-end project coordination from planning though execution and reporting
- Vendor & Budget Management including requisitions, invoice processing and payment co-ordination
- Process Improvement & Documentation with SOP development and optimization experience
- Executive support including diary management, travel coordination and administrative functions.
- Team onboarding & training support for new staff integration
