About the Role

Are you a driven logistics professional with a passion for efficiency, problemsolving, and impactful operations? We’re looking for a Logistics Specialist to support our organization across all Supply Chain Execution activities, including Import/Export, Warehousing, Transport, and more. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to improve productivity and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across warehousing, inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, transport coordination, and reverse logistics.
Work directly with service providers to ensure on-time imports, exports, and seamless operational flow.
Support operational improvement projects using lean methodologies to solve root-cause issues and drive sustainable efficiencies.
Adapt global standards and best practices to suit local market needs.
Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
Manage costs, improve KPIs, and ensure performance metrics are clearly interpreted and communicated.
Conduct audits, implement controls, and maintain a risk-mitigated operational environment.

Requirements

An Honours degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering
3–6 years of experience in Supply Chain, specifically in Distribution, Warehousing, or Operational Projects
Proven achievements in operations performance improvement, KPI management, or process implementation
Knowledge of imports/export (advantageous)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
Experience with Lean methodology (advantageous)
High proficiency in Excel and Power BI
Experience using SAP (preferred)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Strong customer focus, urgency, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with strict deadlines
