The successful incumbent will do software development on the CRM platform and client facing portals used by the company nationally. The candidate will report to the Development Manager.

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience in a similar role
• IT Degree preferable
• Very good C# development experience
• Experience in related roles in the financial services industry
• Experience in CRM and client portal solutions, as well as Android & Apple development
• Agile / Scrum experience
• PHP development experience
• Understanding of the software development process

• Manage cutting-edge technologies to optimise application performance.

• Share knowledge and mentor team members on best practices, code quality, and tech frameworks.
• Perform quality assurance checks and testing prior to production launch.

Requirements:

• Strong academic background with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a relevant discipline (or proven skills).
• Passionate about software development with experience in web frameworks.
• Experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and pride in delivering quality work.
• Strong interpersonal skills: trustworthy, motivated, and able to communicate effectively.
