Who are we looking for?
A hands-on, experienced Head of Online Sales (or Sales Team Lead) who is passionate about coaching, developing talent, and leading from the front. You will need to bring strong structure, clear processes, and day-to-day mentorship to a young team thats eager to succeed but in need of guidance. This role is fully remote, and ideal for someone based within 3 hours of CET.
What will you do?
- 
Lead, train, and mentor the sales team through daily roleplays and feedback sessions 
- 
Review sales calls and provide actionable, constructive input 
- 
Develop and refine sales scripts and sales processes 
- 
Drive your own sales to stay product-aware and model best practice 
- 
Instill accountability and structure in the teams daily sales approach 
What do you need?
- 
5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role 
- 
Experience working with sales frameworks and structured methodologies 
- 
Confidence using Excel or Google Sheets 
- 
A strong coaching and mentorship track record 
- 
Experience writing and optimising sales scripts 
- 
A proactive, fast-paced, and results-driven mindset 
- 
Excellent communication skills and a hands-on leadership style 
- 
Located within 3 hours of Central European Time
