About the Role
WatersEdge Solutions is hiring a Partner Marketing Specialist to lead the execution of co-branded campaigns and partner-led events. This role is ideal for a creative and highly organized marketer who thrives at the intersection of brand, relationships, and execution. From co-marketing toolkits to webinars and strategic events, you’ll help bring partner activations to life and fuel pipeline growth across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute webinars, field activations, and co-marketing campaigns with partners
- Coordinate all event logistics including invites, vendor management, swag, budget, and follow-ups
- Create campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, social posts, and toolkits
- Track key metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and pipeline contribution via HubSpot, Salesforce, or PRM tools
- Develop and manage partner toolkits and co-branded content to support GTM efforts
- Collaborate with creative teams to deliver on-brand visuals using Canva or Figma
- Communicate effectively with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and execution
- Support regional campaigns and events across North America, Europe, and other growth markets
Requirements
- 23 years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in event marketing or partner-led campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to manage co-marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Monday.com, Canva, and Figma
- Understanding of campaign analytics and how to report on success metrics
- Creative flair and a good eye for brand alignment across marketing materials
