About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Qualification Manager to join our team in Bedfordview, Gauteng. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for determining and implementing quality procedures, standards, and specifications, including compliance. You will also report on training programs, serve as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality, and direct objectives to maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Training will be provided to become an expert on our technologies, and you will document and train staff on old and new products and features as needed.
- Responsible for fixing issues with both staff and the actual product.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all products meet company requirements, maintaining stability and predictability in products and skills levels.
- Maintain Software Bug Reports and Software Change Requests, discussing changes with Development teams and validating changes for clients.
- Validate changes to ensure they meet client needs and are documented for future reference.
- Qualify features (including accuracy of reports) and document staff testing and validation.
- Conduct inspections on stock levels, tech tools, cars, and other areas, including staff corrections, product corrections, and investigations.
- Create a library of references for resolving technical issues.
- Provide a safe terminal for staff to resolve technical challenges.
Requirements
- Relevant studies or certificates (Matric)
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
