About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in Johannesburg. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for welcoming all arrivals in a professional and friendly manner before notifying the relevant staff member of their arrival. Your duties will also include answering a multi-line switchboard within the prescribed turnaround time and transferring calls as accurately and efficiently as possible. We are looking for someone who can balance general office administration with these key responsibilities.

Requirements
- Matric
- Training in office management will be an advantage
- Computer literate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Telephone Etiquette and/or Customer Service-related training
- Exposure to, or work experience within, the Short-Term Insurance sphere will be an advantage
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in office administration, which includes operating a multi-line switchboard
- Must be able to speak English fluently (ess) and understand Afrikaans (adv)
- Must reside in the West Rand
