Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand market reach and penetration.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, including administrative and reception staff, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics, ensuring efficient resource allocation and achievement of sales goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and policymakers, to drive product adoption and advocacy.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and reporting standards, escalating any potential breaches to management.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, contributing to the development of effective sales strategies and tender preparation.
- Manage operational expenses within budget, optimizing resource utilization and maximizing profitability.
Requirements / Skills:
- Must have experience working for pharmaceutical or medical device company.
- A university degree/postgraduate in the Life Sciences/Healthcare field is desirable but not essential.

- Managing staff: Overseeing staff, including administrative and reception staff and ensuring they are properly developed and trained
- Managing budgets and performance: Developing and managing budgets, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure sales goals are met
- Building relationships: Maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders such as healthcare providers, payers and policy makers
- Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with company reporting and compliance requirements and escalating any material breaches to appropriate management.
- Managing operational expenses
- Conducting market intelligence: Conducting market intelligence and assisting in tender preparation
