Essential Duties and Responsibilities: As a Brand Ambassador / Sales Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers to encourage their entry into the store and converting browsers into satisfied customers.
• Meeting sales targets and driving volumes with effective upselling techniques.
• Ensuring the store’s merchandising is visually appealing and consistently stocked with our unique functional art pieces.
• Handling daily banking activities and reconciling till sales accurately to maintain financial integrity.
• Processing sales transactions promptly and following correct sales procedures.
• Providing a pleasant and satisfying customer experience that reflects our brand values.
• Fulfilling any additional duties as assigned by the store manager.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have:

• Matric qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic retail environment.
• A passion for art and design.
