Responsibilities:

Lead hardware and firmware development for complex electronic systems. Drive full product development life cycles from concept design through to production. Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure product specifications and deadlines are met. Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to produce high-quality products. Perform product testing and quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers. Qualifications : Bachelors Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering. Extensive experience in hardware and firmware development, embedded systems, and product development. Proficiency in programming languages including C, C++, Python, and VHDL. Experience with microcontrollers (e.g., ARM Cortex, Microchip, Atmel). Hands-on experience with PCB design, testing, and product lifecycle management. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams and projects. Desirable Experience: Experience working in industries such as IoT, telecommunications, or defense. Familiarity with tools such as Altium, Circuit Studio, and MPLAB. Strong project management and client liaison experience.
