About the Role
Telebest is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager in Finance to join our team based in Constantia Kloof. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading financial management functions and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial management of all daily, monthly and annual financial functions.
- Manage debtors and creditors to ensure sufficient working capital.
- Optimise the use of IT systems to improve efficiency in the transaction process.
- Develop and manage the business plan for the area being managed.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop business plans.
- Conduct performance management and monitor performance continuously.
- Accomplish financial objectives for the department.
- Manage financial risks to mitigate threats to the financial integrity of the company.
- Implement effective systems for performance measurements for risk management.
Requirements
- BCom in Accounting
- 5 to 10 years experience as an accountant
- 5+ years management experience
- 3 to 5 years SAP proficiency
- Relevant legislation and governance matters relating to risk and finance knowledge
- Chartered accountant would be advantageous
