Job Description
PBT Group is seeking a Strategy Analyst (Systems Analyst) to support data-driven strategy development and solution conceptualisation across multiple business areas. The ideal candidate will combine analytical and financial modelling capabilities with a strong understanding of business strategy and system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data and trend analysis to identify business opportunities and performance insights.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and business case development.
- Translate data insights into actionable strategic proposals and system enhancements.
- Support solution conceptualisation, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology architecture.
- Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to develop and refine analytical frameworks.
- Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders through clear, structured reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, financial modelling, forecasting, and strategy development.
- Experience in translating business needs into system and solution requirements.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Python preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate insights effectively.
