About the Role
Isilumko Staffing, a trailblazer in end-to-end business compliance solutions, is seeking a visionary Head of Advisory Services to lead their dynamic advisory department into its next phase of growth and excellence. As a strategic powerhouse with deep expertise in B-BBEE legislation, you will shape the future of advisory services, drive impact across industries, and build a legacy of transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of advisors to deliver excellence and grow professionally
- Build trusted relationships, oversee strategic plans, and ensure advisory services drive measurable impact
- Implement standardised processes, monitor KPI’s, and ensure quality across all deliverables
- Work closely with other business units to drive client satisfaction and growth
- Participate in the Technical Committee, review strategic reports, and guide complex client engagements
- Use client data to inform strategy, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Relevant degree + MDP qualification
- Minimum 5 years in B-BBEE advisory, SaaS, or verification analysis
- Risk and compliance management background
- Deep knowledge of B-BBEE codes and sector legislation
- Proven leadership in building and scaling advisory teams
- High EQ with strong conflict resolution, engagement, and communication skills
- Experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + MDP qualification
