What Youll Lead and Deliver
As Head of Advisory Services, youll be the architect of strategic client successguiding a team of expert advisors, refining advisory frameworks, and ensuring every client receives world-class service and insight.
Your Mission Includes:
Leadership & Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of advisors to deliver excellence and grow professionally
Client Strategy & Retention: Build trusted relationships, oversee strategic plans, and ensure advisory services drive measurable impact.
Operational Excellence: Implement standardised processes, monitor KPI’s, and ensure quality across all deliverables.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other business units to drive client satisfaction and growth.
Technical Expertise: Participate in the Technical Committee, review strategic reports, and guide complex client engagements.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use client data to inform strategy, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
Team management: Able to deal with a very difficult team who consists of academics
Portfolio management: Manage own set of clients
What You Bring:
Relevant degree + MDP qualification
Minimum 5 years in B-BBEE advisory, SaaS, or verification analysis
Risk and compliance management background
Deep knowledge of B-BBEE codes and sector legislation
Proven leadership in building and scaling advisory teams
High EQ with strong conflict resolution, engagement, and communication skills
Experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical, strategic, and client-centric mindset
Ability to thrive under pressure and lead with initiative
