Kempton Park: Junior Project Manager

Skills, Knowledge, experience and talents required for this role: 1-3 years experience in operation/fabrication/production and project coordination. Good people management and coaching potential. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with STRUMIS will be advantageous. Key Responsibilities Assist with project handover, planning and scheduling. Support the delivery of projects on time, within budget and to required quality standards. Help manage scope, variations, risks, delays and contractual notifications. Support, budget tracking, invoicing and supplier validation. Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Promote safety, quality and compliance across project activities. Support projects teams, including tracking performance and development. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting using ERP systems (STRUMIS).
