Responsibilities:

Install, service, and repair HVAC & R systems efficiently. Conduct troubleshooting and escalate defects or malfunctions as necessary. Ensure compliance with appliance standards and electrical systems testing. Maintain cleanliness in plant rooms and filters. Prepare materials and reassemble equipment post-repair. Adhere to OSHAct, ISO, and industry quality and safety standards.Qualifications & Experience: Grade 12 with a relevant trade test. OTTC, ACRA, or N-Stream Qualification (Mechanical or Electrical). Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. Hands-on experience in chilled water systems, cooling towers, pumps, split units, cold rooms, freezer rooms, VRF/VRV, computer room cooling, packaged units, air handling units, multistage evaporative cooling, and ventilation systems. Strong understanding of electrical and control circuits. Proficiency in MS Office. Safe Handling of Refrigerant Gases certification (Mandatory). Additional training in Safety, First Aid, and Electrical & Controls is advantageous. Valid Drivers License and own hand tools. Smartphone required for work-related communications. Police clearance and medical fitness required.
