Were looking for a Regional Sales Representative (Oncology) to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and represent Nexevas oncology portfolio across the region. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets for oncology products and solutions within the assigned region. Identify and develop new business opportunities in radiation oncology and diagnostic imaging sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, Physicists, Radiotherapists, hospital administrators, and procurement teams. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy. Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports. Serve as the primary point of contact for oncology customers in the region. Provide technical and commercial support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, regulatory, clinical & finance) to ensure seamless delivery and service. Work closely with OEM marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns. Represent Nexeva at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions. Minimum 3 years experience in radiation oncology or diagnostic imaging sales or 5 years Clinical experience in a Radiation Oncology related discipline with a demonstrated strong commercial acumen. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong network and relationships within oncology and or diagnostic imaging sectors. Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. Self-driven, highly motivated, and a collaborative team player. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience advantageous.
