Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Earthworks Foreman to oversee and manage site operations for large-scale Roads and Earthworks projects. The successful candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience in bulk earthworks, mining, dam construction, and major road infrastructure, with a proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver projects to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. South African Citizen. Grade 12 / Matric qualification. Minimum of 20 years construction experience, with at least 15 years in senior foreman roles on roads, dams, mining, or large-scale bulk earthworks projects. Proven understanding of Operational Risk Management and Legal Liability. Strong technical competence in: Bulk earthworks and layer works Stormwater systems (box and pipe culverts) Earthworks plant and equipment Subcontractor and resource management Quality control and production monitoring
