About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior/Head Guide to join our team at an intimate 5* Game Lodge in Nambiti. As a leading guide, you will be responsible for leading game drives and guided bush walks in a Big 5 environment, mentoring junior guides, and upholding high standards of guiding. Key Responsibilities

• Lead game drives & guided bush walks in a Big 5 environment
• Mentor junior guides & enforce guiding standards
• Manage vehicle, rifle, radio & trails equipment
• Uphold reserve rules, safety protocols & guest experience
• Represent the lodge at reserve meetings & conservation activities

Requirements

• FGASA Field Guide (NQF2) – Level 1 or higher (Level 2 preferred)
• Valid PDP, First Aid, SAPS Rifle Competency
• 3–5 years’ experience in a Big 5 reserve

Qualifications

• Completed FGASA Field Guide qualification
• Appropriate trails qualification (e.g. Full Trails)
