We’re looking for a Lounge Host to join our exceptional team at our exclusive airport lounge based at Lanseria International Airport, to deliver an exceptional and distinguished experience to our valued guests. Requirements: Grade 12 with at least 12 months experience in a hospitality or comparable service-related environment (eg. hotel, game lodge, cruise ship etc) A tertiary qualification in Hospitality Our ideal candidate should be Fluent in English; have excellent conflict resolution skills; impeccable telephone and email etiquette; Interpersonal skills and must be able to maintain professional standards under pressure. This position requires shift work therefore it is essential for candidates to have reliable transport.
